How can I ActiveSync my MR650 to my PC?

The MR650 packaging should contain an RS232 communication cable. Plug one end into your MR650’s RJ45 port, and the other end plugs into your computer’s serial port. On the MR650 select Start > Settings > Control Panel > PC Connection. Check the box to “Enable direct communications to the desktop computer”. Select OK. If your Microsoft ActiveSync cannot create a connection, select Start > Programs > Communications > PC Link. Make sure using Microsoft ActiveSync version 4.2 or higher. Attempting to use ActiveSync via the MR650’s USB port will not work as the port is a USB host only. |
